How we test. we register like any other player, put an amount in via Bancontact, ask for the money back and measure how long it takes. We hold the name against both of the regulator's lists and dig through the general terms. No claim without our own observation.
What the law imposes
The Belgian framework around player protection is more strictly than most of its neighbours and you feel it on the first deposit. Every licensed site applies a default deposit limit of €200 per week.
Exclusion runs centrally through the EPIS register: a single request is enough to stay out everywhere at once. Reversing it is not immediate. The bar has stood at 21 since 1 September 2024, lottery aside; lottery products are the exception at 18. A trial account falls under it too.
